Caterpillar adalah produsen peralatan konstruksi dan pertambangan, mesin disel dan gas alam, serta turbin gas industrial terbesar di dunia. Nama Caterpillar telah dikenal luas di industri pertambangan, kehutanan, perkebunan, dan konstruksi sebagai produsen peralatan yang handal.

Posisi :
1. PS Sales Support Analyst
Responsibilities:

  • Able to take varied and often complicated data and perform the analysis
  • Plan, evaluate, and monitor the implementation referred to the prevailed policy
  • Collect and provide the information and able to determine what its needs and where the best sources can be found


Qualifications :


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) background
  • Any background education referred to the respective analyst role
  • Has knowledge computer literacy
  • Fresh graduate, but preferable 1-year minimum experience in administrative work
  • Placement: Cirebon, West Java

2. Legal Specialist
Responsibilities:

Assisting superior on certain eventual legal cases and/or projects.
Prepare proper corporate documentation, perform and administrate legal corporate correspondences, continuously collect and compile relevant regulations as legal basis for business activities
Perform effective legal advisory & guidance (in writing or verbally), provide internal legal memorandums and/or opinions, liaise with relevant departments to ensure that legal risks have been identified, provide and interpret legal information and formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
Drafting, reviewing and modifying contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities and ensure compliance with all statutory or legal requirements: Customers (internal templates); Vendors (internal & external templates); and liaise with respective parties to ensure that legal risks have been identified.
Assisting superiors in compiling relevant data and/or information and preliminary analysis on “case position”, liaise with relevant departments and/or Area/Branch, assisting and accompanying Company employees to attend summons by the authorities based on instruction from superiors, and arrange coordination with external litigators.
Participating in relevant seminars for self-development.

Qualfications :


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Law (S1)
  • Experience min 5 years

3. Specialist – Planning Rental
Responsibilites:

  • Create work order, linked WO number in to DBS system, prepare any facilities/tools needed and collect data/document for job opening.
  • Perform the job planning function comprising scheduling and planning the PM services, PCRs, Backlog and Inspection activities and ensuring their timely completion within the established tolerance times.
  • Provide the resources required (labour, parts / materials and tooling) are procured / arranged in a timely manner in weekly basis.
  • Receive data on maintenance plan implementation result from Daily Operation, analyze variances of maintenance implementation from plan, evaluate resources allocation and readiness for further improvement on next planning in weekly basis.


Qualifications :

  • Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 Years in: Heavy Equipment Handling & Maintenance Planning
  • Understanding in Heavy Equipment Technology, Its Supply Chain & Finance, HR, Logistic, Purchasing, and Customer Service Functions.
  • Business English, Ms Office
  • Placement: Jakarta

4. PS Sales Support Analyst

5. Technician
Responsibilities:

Analyze and conduct repair and maintenance (i.e. all adjustment and calibration, testing, etc) of various problem on engine/power train/hydraulics system/fuel system/auto electrical.
Analyze and conduct troubleshooting on any operations faults or damage occurred to engine/power train/ hydraulics system/ fuel system/ auto electrical according to service manual.
Develop Mechanic skill, identify and recommend skill development according to competency needed.
Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation).
Inspect and prepare report in standard service form.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Technical High School (STM)
  • 1 year in heavy equipment mechanic
  • Has knowledge related basis mechanic process and system equipment
  • Basic English
  • Placement Manado & Ternate
