. Special Hire Program – Product Development (SHPPRODBTIM)

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The position is responsible for researching, developing, and launching new products. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs. In this position, the Product Development will work with individuals from across the company to identify and define target market segments, market requirements, key business strategies and the competitive environment for our financial products.
Determine Specification
Generating ideas for new products and researching feasibility in terms of structure, profitability, underlying asset availability and compliance with regulations.
Monitor regulations from respected Government bodies (OJK, KSEI, Kementerian Keuangan) that will impact the business process of Bahana TCW.


Work closely with clients to determine their needs for a specific product.
Consult with counterparty and consultant (tax, legal) to identify issues that arise from new initiative products.
Develop guidelines for internal and cross-divisional relations who work on bringing new product to life.
Review Market Research
Do market research to obtain market information such as competitor’s products, market share, data trend, etc.
Analyzing market research materials and historical sales data to ensure the product are viable and competitive.
Attend conferences and market updates to gain insight in to market dynamics, research and trends.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer feedback with the product specs & structure.
Launching & Execution the New Product
Produce worksheet calculation, projection, cash flow simulation and pro-forma based on these propose financial solutions.
Use statistical methods and applications needed to do the worksheet calculation.
Ensure that final products meet investor’s requirements.
Coordinate with internal (cross-divisional) and third-parties (Custodian Banks, Securities, etc.) to ensure a successful launch of the product.
Monitor the development process and ensure compliance to schedule and timeframe.
WHO YOU ARE:
Outstanding fresh graduate with impressive organization/committee experiences; with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Marketing or relevant experience from reputable University
Proven experience in the mutual fund industry would be a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Stata, Matlab, R, spss, phyton is a plus
Creative Thinking and Problem Solving mindset with systematic and logical approach
Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision.
Good time management skills, with adaptability to meet tight deadlines and balance simultaneous work stream
Positive, team-player and energetic attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team

2. Special Hire Program – Investment Specialist (SHPISBTIM)

The Role

As an Investment Specialist, you will become an expert speaker providing investment advices and economic outlook for our distribution partners. By interacting closely with our investment team and speaking in front of various high-net-worth individuals across the nation, you can be assured that both your communication skills and investment acumen will be rapidly developed.

As part of Marketing and Business Development team, you will also have opportunities to design and implement marketing strategy by working closely with our distribution partners to grow our business in private and priority banks. This is a highly demanding position that will require you to develop skills in finance, marketing & networking and, most importantly, your entrepreneurial spirit.

The Candidate

Outstanding fresh graduate with impressive organization/committee experiences; or a year experience in MT program at the maximum.
Must have a good understanding and passion in capital market.


Experience/knowledge in mutual fund industry is a major plus.
Candidates with WAPERD, WMI, and/or other well-regarded financial certifications will be prioritized.
STATA and EViews savvy.
Prior success in ICMMS will be regarded.
Great interpersonal skill, proactive, attractive, and self-motivated.
Great presentation skill and logical thinking.
Fluent in verbal and written English and Indonesia.

3. Special Hire Program – Institutional Sales (SHPINSTIBTIM)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Client Acquisition
Identification and prioritization of acquisition opportunities with major national and regional companies including insurance, pension fund, treasury banks, financial services companies and more.
Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these potential clients and match these with Bahana TCW’s value proposition to maximize their business opportunities.
Coordinate and lead the investment, product and operation teams throughout the acquisition or pitching process.
Manage all processes leading up to finalize the acquisition (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration, follow up, due diligence, legal briefing for agreement, account opening/KYC assistance).
Provide support in maintaining and building successful business relationship with Bahana TCW’s clients and manage all aspects of partner interactions.
Relationship Management
Lead and manage all correspondence with Bahana TCW’s existing institutional clients.
Initiate and schedule regular visit and market update for existing institutional clients.
Coordinate and lead the Investment Team to create updated and customized content for market update.
Generate regular account and portfolio reporting for institutional clients.
Facilitate and deliver special requests (i.e. general inquiries, product information etc.) from institutional clients.
Manage all processes leading up to new product proposition for existing clients (i.e. prospecting, meetings, contract update, follow up, due diligence, legal briefing for agreement update, subscription assistance).
Monitor and facilitate institutional clients’ transactions in coordination with Operation Team until they are successfully processed.
Complaint handling for all institutional clients, and facilitate problem resolution with respected divisions in Bahana TCW (i.e. Investment or Operation division).
Maintain and facilitate regular due diligence from Bahana TCW’s existing institutional clients.
Marketing Analysis and Strategy
Identification of new business and revenue potential from new acquisition and existing clients.
Drive growth from existing clients and new acquisition to meet yearly and monthly targets.
Regular reporting of Institutional Clients’ transactions & AUM growth; and progress to meet yearly target.
Maintain and generate regular market intelligence report (i.e. client and segment mapping, industry competitive analysis) for Marketing Director.
WHO YOU ARE
Outstanding fresh graduate with impressive organization/committee experiences; or maximum 2 years experience in sales/marketing/partnership/business development.
Must have a good understanding and passion in capital market.
Experience in mutual fund industry is a major plus.
Candidates with WAPERD, WMI, and/or other well-regarded financial certifications will be prioritized.
Great interpersonal skill, proactive, positive outlook, attractive, and self-motivated.
Good presentation skill.
Good logical thinking.
